Ownership and Structure

Mars Capital Finance Ireland DAC (“MCFID”) is a subsidiary of Mars Acquisition Limited ("MAL") and is responsible for credit servicing loan assets on behalf of loan owners. MAL in turn is a subsidiary of Arrow Global Investments Holdings Limited, part of Arrow Global Group Plc, which is a London listed FTSE company. http://www.arrowglobal.net/

MCFID is authorised and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland to act as a credit servicing firm and is the servicer of the Irish loan portfolios owned by the loan owners.

MCFID’s operations are based at One Warrington Place, Dublin 2.
